Visionary behind the organization

Mrs. Geethalakshmi Nagarajan, a Home Science graduate, founded Ashok Business Service Madras in 1985, inspired by her brother-in-law's housekeeping business in Bangalore. Starting with factory cleaning for Audco India Limited, she expanded into corporate office cleaning, securing long-term contracts with prestigious clients like Siemens and the US Consulate. She incorporated Ashok Business Service India Pvt Ltd in the year 2022, adding Arun Ashok as the successor to take forward the legacy.


Over the years, Mrs. Nagarajan diversified the company’s services to include canteen operations, guest house management, and staffing solutions for major firms such as TCS, Ford, and Renault Nissan. Her leadership has grown the company to a turnover of 1.5 crore INR per month, supported by a dedicated team of 1,000 employees.

Our Clients, Our Pride

Our legacy of excellence began with M/s Audco India Limited, where we executed a massive cleaning project involving 50-55 personnel. Since then, we've served a diverse clientele

Our premium clientele includes S&S Factory, W.S Factory, Bush – Boke Allen, BEL, Dunlop at Ambathur, US Consulate, Philips, Siemens (30 years and counting with Siemens!), Hexaware Technology, DSQ Software, GE Power Control (formerly English Electric Company), Tupperware India Pvt Limited, Flow Service (formerly Audco India), TAFE Power Source, Ucal Fuel, Areva T&D, Siemens Limited (Guest House/Transit House Maintenance)

In 2006, we joined forces with M/s Sodexo (formerly Mac Lellan Integrated Services), providing housekeeping operatives to premier locations like TCS at Solinganallur, Karapakkam, Velachery, Spencer Plaza, and Tech Tower for eBay PayPal. We also extend our expertise to Ford and GE at Coimbatore, and provide manpower for M/s MRF Trichy, Caterpillar Thiruvallur, Renault Nissan Oragadam, and M/s Bunge India Pvt Ltd - Trichy.
